We need both centralization and distribution

Centralization and distribution are the contrary and united aspects in a field of thought.
In a country, management of state is contrary, but the power maybe distributed to substates, provinces or cities. United Nations (UN) seems to be a central management of nations.
We want centralization for our convenience. Only one point is needed to contact with us, and it will serve all our requests. We also want distribution for our showing. All people have to work, most of us want to show our products to everyone. But the bound of centralization and distribution is slim. It can lead to competition if our works are overlapped by others. Say another word, distribution is joint by many entities. And the result of competition is centralization of distribution. When does centralization become distribution? An example, Old Indonesia is cut up into New Indonesia and East Timor.
So, centralization is guaranteed by the agreement of the most distributional instances. If the agreement is broken, centralization is disappeared.
